Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, and inclement weather.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Large Items and Pallets Shipping: 

We only offer standard shipping for large items. We do offer express shipping for pallets. 

  1. Delivery Requirements: Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to help offload items from the van at the delivery point. Additionally, the delivery location must be on the ground floor.

  2. Delivery Timeframe: Delivery can take up to 5 working days. 

  3. Delivery Notification: Customers will receive a call from the courier regarding delivery time.

  4. Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails and the package is sent back due to no one being available at the address, the customer will be responsible for the full delivery charges.

  5. Contact Information: Customers are instructed to provide a contact number for the courier to use.

  6. Tracking Information: We use a private courier, so no tracking is available for this service.

  7. Collection Option: Customers who prefer to collect items themselves or arrange their own courier can choose the collection option. The business's opening hours and postcode for collection are provided.

  8. Communication: Customers are encouraged to reach out with any questions or specific requirements.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. Please note that some items may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations or other restrictions. Additionally, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Insurance: All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
